Are you a career woman juggling multiple responsibilities? Have you experienced confusing moods possibly triggered by stress or hormones? Feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or unbalanced?

Professional women are often looked to for leadership and guidance, but struggle to find their own support when needed. I believe smart and intelligent women need support too! Successful women are not exempt from coping with death, life transitions, divorce, fertility issues, hormonal changes, or family conflict. It is wise to have someone outside of our own head to identify and utilize our strengths to guide us in overcoming life challenges.

As an experienced therapist of ten years, I can help you evaluate your personal and professional goals and find a healthy balance in managing those two separate, yet interrelated goals. You are invited to enjoy a serene and holistic office while being guided through the following effective and proven process:

1. Evaluation of physical health and provided valuable referrals and resources

2. Identify, understand, and alter toxic thoughts

3. Experience and cleanse adverse emotions

4. Pursue healthy responses to internal and external stressors

Your time is valuable. Making your emotional well-being a priority and choosing to nurture it today will allow you to be more effective tomorrow.

Are you experiencing caregiver burnout? We all go through transitions in our lives and one of the more challenging ones is finding ourselves in the role of caregiver for one (or both) of our parents. Whether we’ve had time to prepare or we’ve found ourselves in this role without warning, we can quickly find ourselves experiencing a serious case of burnout.

Caregivers struggle with many issues including

*taking on new responsibilities,
*making crucial decisions,
*role confusion,
*difficulty communicating about sensitive topics with those in our care as well as family members,
*love and devotion combined with stress and frustration,
*dealing with children and careers while actively caregiving,
*losing ourselves in the process.

The best caregivers are physically and emotionally healthy. But how can we find the time and resources to take care of ourselves when we are juggling so many responsibilities?

During her 35 years of clinical practice, Dr. Bratton has helped people who are dealing with a wide variety of issues . After finding herself in the role of caregiver for both her mother and her daughter at the same time, she realized how vital it is for people in similar circumstances to find knowledgeable and compassionate guidance and support. She has devoted herself to providing this assistance. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques, providing a warm supportive environment where treatment is customized to best suit each individual. Sessions are collaborative and based on a fundamental respect for each client’s unique circumstances and personal resources.

If you find yourself in need of practical advice or just a sounding board, Dr. Bratton would be honored to join you on your journey to reclaim your life and thrive while at the same time providing the best you can to those in your care.
